Terms of Service & EULA
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Imazyn ("Reelo", "we", "us") governing your use of the Reelo app on Android and iOS. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License grant
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the app on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. This is a license, not a sale. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms and EULA (e.g. Apple's Standard EULA) also apply.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully or to infringe others' rights; not to reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits; not to remove proprietary notices; and not to resell or redistribute the app itself. This does not restrict your use or sale of the videos you create. You are responsible for having the rights to any media you import.
3. Your content — you own it, we claim nothing
You own your content. Any video, image, audio, project, or export you create with Reelo is and remains yours.
- Reelo claims no license, no ownership, and no rights to your content. We do not copy, upload, host, sublicense, promote with, or train models on it. Because the app runs entirely on your device, your content never reaches us.
- We do not require you to grant us any license to your content as a condition of use. Your creativity stays yours.
You are responsible for backing up your own content, which lives on your device.
4. Our intellectual property
The app itself — its software, render engine, shaders, AI integrations, UI, design, the "Reelo" name and logos, and templates we provide — is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our IP beyond the limited license in Section 1.
5. AI features
Reelo's on-device AI features (background removal, automatic captions/transcription) run locally and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before relying on or publishing it. We make no warranty as to its accuracy.
6. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will work on every device. Nothing here limits your non-excludable statutory or consumer rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or creative work. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of what you paid us in the prior 12 months or a nominal amount to be confirmed. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be excluded by law, and do not limit your non-excludable consumer rights.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated, and terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate anytime by deleting the app. Provisions that by their nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India (final jurisdiction to be confirmed). The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally via support@imazyn.com. Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights are not waived.
10. Third-party stores
Your use is also subject to the terms of the store you obtained the app from. Reelo, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the app and its support, except where a store's terms provide otherwise. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the store-specific EULA provisions.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the app evolves and will post the updated version here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
