Reelo has no accounts

Reelo does not create an account for you. There is no sign-up, login, username, password, or cloud profile — and we store no personal data on any server. All of your media, projects, and settings live on your device, so you are always in full control.

Delete all of your Reelo data

Option A — Delete individual projects (in the app)

  1. Open Reelo.
  2. Go to your projects / library.
  3. Delete any project you no longer want. This removes its edits and cached files.

Option B — Clear the app's storage & cache

Option C — Uninstall the app (removes all app data)

Uninstalling removes Reelo and all of its app-private data (projects, cache, render proxies) from your device.

Note about exported videos. Videos you exported to your Photos/Gallery, or files you saved elsewhere, are yours and are not removed by uninstalling Reelo. Delete those from your Photos app or file manager if you wish.

Requesting deletion of any data we might hold

We do not knowingly hold any personal data about you on our servers. If you still want to submit a formal request (for example, to delete a past support email thread):
