How to report an issue
To help us fix things fast, please include:
- Your device model and OS version (e.g. "Samsung Galaxy A15, Android 14" or "iPhone 13, iOS 18").
- The Reelo version (find it on the app's settings/about screen).
- What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- A screen recording or screenshot if you can.
Because Reelo runs entirely on your device, we can't see your projects or logs unless you send them — so the more detail you share, the better.

Is Reelo free and is there a watermark?
Reelo is free to use and adds no watermark to your exports, ever. No forced branding, no paywalled export.
Does Reelo work offline?
Yes. Reelo is offline-first — all editing, AI background removal, and captioning run locally on your device, so it works with no internet connection.
Does Reelo upload my videos?
No. All editing, AI background removal, and captioning run locally on your device. Your videos, photos, and audio never leave your phone and are never sent to us.
Does Reelo support Hindi auto-captions?
Yes. On-device auto-captions support Hindi and other Indic languages using a Whisper model that runs fully offline. Nothing is uploaded.
How do I import media into Reelo?
Grant photo/media access when prompted, then pick videos and photos from your library to add them to a project. Everything is edited on your device, and you can save finished exports back to your library.
Do I need an account or the internet?
No account, and no connection required to edit. Reelo has no sign-up and works offline.
Why does Reelo ask for the microphone?
Only to record voiceover when you tap Record. The audio is saved in your project on your device and is never uploaded. You can revoke access anytime in your device settings.
Why does it ask for photo access?
So you can import videos and photos into a project and save your finished exports back to your library. Everything is edited on your device.
How do I delete my data?
Delete projects in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Reelo. See the data deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
Who owns the videos I make?
You do. Reelo claims no rights to your content. See our Terms.
Are there ads or tracking?
No ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs. This website has no trackers either.
